Greenline Homes, LLC is seeking loans or a line of credit to build presold, new-construction, green homes in Chicago over the next few years.

Our pipeline of projects includes over forty, single-family homes, townhouses, and multi-unit homes.  These are located primarily on the south side of Chicago between 39^th Street on the north, 67^th Street on the South, the lake on the east and the Dan Ryan on the west.

We are finding that traditional banks, while willing to make these loans, add a considerable administrative (and therefore cost) burden upon our projects.  Hard money lenders are also willing to loan to us, but they are absurdly expensive.  They traditionally loan to non-credit worthy borrowers.

We have great credit.  We have never defaulted on a loan, failed to service a debt, or declared bankruptcy.  We have been in business for nearly eighteen years.  We are single-mindedly focused on building high quality, affordable, and green homes.

Once we have a solid sales contract to build a home on a vacant lot that we own, we are looking for a loan or line of credit to cover 100% of the construction costs.  In a time of low interest rates, we expect that an interest rate of 8-10% will be an attractive proposition for a variety of people.

We have just completed our model home, from which we expect to presell further homes on land we own or have under contract.
