House 3 is highly versatile, offering several different floor plan possibilities. This home is designed with value in mind as it maximizes each square foot of living space with a thoughtfully developed floor plan.
House 3 is designed to meet the evolving needs of a family. The four-bedroom second floor can be converted to a three-bedroom plan with an open loft space. House 1 can be made accessible for people of all abilities. The on-grade kitchen (and optional first floor bedroom) is designed to be accessible for disabled visitors, and the option of a future elevator is designed into the structure and floor plan of the house.
The split-level design between the kitchen / dining room and the living room provides a meaningful yet not complete separation between these two functional areas. This separation can also be opened up if a more open floor plan is desired.
